So well said. Steve truly was transformation in action. Beyond that, he felt like a close friend who kindly, ever-so-gently pulled me (and millions) forward into new realms opened by his creativity and inventions. Expect the best. It’s all he knew.

There have so been many tributes to Steve Jobs written, but you looked at it differently. I love that you mentioned that he did have failures; afterall he was human. The thing is, it didn’t stop him from succeeding.

His death really was a reminder that we are only here for a limited time and we need to make the most of it.

Very proud to be a part of Xango Nation. I will never stop using the products that have changed my overall quality of life of dealing with JA, my son’s ongoing healing of Spondylitis and our family’s overall health. I am honored that you allowed me to reach out to you directly when I was helping my friend overcome obstacles with chemotherapy and radiation-Xango pulled her through to get her WBC soaring so she could finish her treatment. She is now in full remission. My skin has changed completely and I love using Glimpse everyday and I use it on my children. My 10 year old uses Eleviv to help with focusing in school and I use it to feel more vibrant. My husband and I use 365 daily. The most wonderful part of being in Xango was when Beverly sat on the phone with me to discuss how to use Pericarp oil to help my mom with skin problems. I had a most amazing talk with the most humble and brilliant woman. I will never leave Xango to embark on another trek to find $$ in a mlm company. For me, the founders, the people, the products are a part of our life. You and your partners are amazing. I would also like to thank your families for allowing you all to spend so much time focusing on the company, the brand, the mission, the outreach, the growth and most of all, Xango Nation! An interesting read and a couple of stories in one.

I don’t think being the ‘world’s most valuable brand’ provides much value to anyone. After all, BP, PanAm, GM, Ford and many others have been the most valuable brand in the world at some stage and now look at them.

As for people, they are a key element in the brand building process. What I think is important about the Vision and mission is that the vision gives them a goal and then the mission shows them how to get there and the role they have to play in that process.

What most new companies do is that the founders create a vision and mission to sell the company to investors but don’t share it with the organisation. This is why they are often derided as irrelevant.

But as mentioned above, used correctly they are a useful tool to get the whole organisation on brand, very important in large companies or small.

Thank you so much Aaron for being such a great example, leading the way and representing the very best in the network marketing industry. I, too, am so proud to be a part of this great profession, thanks to XanGo.

I have learned so much since becoming a part of this company. The first important step (after being in the medical field for many years) was realizing that botanicals can be a great alternative to pharmaceuticals, and in our case, was the only solution to a major health issue. What an eye opener, and such a blessing in our lives that someone shared the XanGo story with us.

The next step was realizing there are people in this industry who are in it for all the right reasons–people wishing to live a life of purpose and one that helps to serve others. I have never felt such great unity and sense of teamwork in the business world before. Everyone from corporate to the new distributor are willing to share their knowledge and talents for the benefit of all.
