Aaron,
Thank you so much for your honoring comments to women everywhere. It is the time for XANGO women to stand up and support and mentor each other to be all that they can be. It is a blessing to have a company committed to supporting women in the workplace, and in their home-based businesses.

Warmly,
Carolyn

It is so rewarding to be part of a company that takes an active role in supporting women. Network Marketing is an industry where a woman can overcome adversity and grow into her potential. And to be with the company, XanGo, that leads this industry it exciting beyond belief!

Thanks Aaron,

its soo true, when we stop looking for the leader we find it. Me my self, i'm totally a rookie in network and slowly i'm becoming a leader. I love to see the growth of people, young old, no matter the age, we all have the talent, we are just dimonds with a lot dust that needs to be cleaned ;-)

Thank you soo much for your speach at convention, it was very inspiring ;-)

love and wealth for all.

So well said. Steve truly was transformation in action. Beyond that, he felt like a close friend who kindly, ever-so-gently pulled me (and millions) forward into new realms opened by his creativity and inventions. Expect the best. It's all he knew.

Reflecting on his contributions to all of us is yet one more pull from Steve in the direction of committing to use wisely our own gifts. What a powerful legacy that continues to inspire!

Thank you, Aaron, for sharing and remembering!

Here's to thinking differently!

Aaron,
There have so been many tributes to Steve Jobs written, but you looked at it differently. I love that you mentioned that he did have failures; afterall he was human. The thing is, it didn't stop him from succeeding.

His death really was a reminder that we are only here for a limited time and we need to make the most of it.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Aaron, you also are so humble. The other founders and the other founders of XanGo LLC have made it what it is today .... through reaching higher ... thinking differently ... thinking outside the box. To me all of you are right up there with the Steve Jobs, the Bill Gates, the Thomas Edisons and all the millions of others who took risks, jumped outside the box, were told your dreams would never work but perserved, amd most of all .... NEVER gave in or gave up!!!

Just like all of these wonderful people before you, the founders of XanGo, you are already reaching around the world, making people more aware of their health and enriching their lives, changing their lifestyles, making their life dreams come true and enhancing their livelihoods.

So grandstand salutes to all of you for never giving in, or giving up, or none of us would have ever met you or had XanGo in our lives!!! Thank you to each and every one of you ... for persevering, for turning a deaf ear to tne nay-sayers, for believing in yourselves and not ever giving up your dreams. You ARE making a BIG difference in the world!!!

Aaron,

Glad to hear you had a great time with your family in Alaska. If anyone is able to execute the strategy and plans of XANGO, i know you will be able to do it!

Keep up the good work, glad to see you still have (if not more) the passion we all start out with in our companies, but sometimes stray due to frustrating roadblocks, to which we slowly get back on our plan to keep rolling.

Very proud to be a part of Xango Nation. I will never stop using the products that have changed my overall quality of life of dealing with JA, my son's ongoing healing of Spondylitis and our family's overall health. I am honored that you allowed me to reach out to you directly when I was helping my friend overcome obstacles with chemotherapy and radiation-Xango pulled her through to get her WBC soaring so she could finish her treatment. She is now in full remission. My skin has changed completely and I love using Glimpse everyday and I use it on my children. My 10 year old uses Eleviv to help with focusing in school and I use it to feel more vibrant. My husband and I use 365 daily. The most wonderful part of being in Xango was when Beverly sat on the phone with me to discuss how to use Pericarp oil to help my mom with skin problems. I had a most amazing talk with the most humble and brilliant woman. I will never leave Xango to embark on another trek to find $$ in a mlm company. For me, the founders, the people, the products are a part of our life. You and your partners are amazing. I would also like to thank your families for allowing you all to spend so much time focusing on the company, the brand, the mission, the outreach, the growth and most of all, Xango Nation! Blessings to you all!

Thanks Aaron I appreciated your message here. I too see the relationship between leadership and the early days of spring. Many times even as we have started to lead, we will have many trials and trips (of the feet and of the tongue) along the way :)

An interesting read and a couple of stories in one.

I don't think being the 'world's most valuable brand' provides much value to anyone. After all, BP, PanAm, GM, Ford and many others have been the most valuable brand in the world at some stage and now look at them.

It might be better to measure customer equity and I wrote about customer equity being a better thing to measure on my blog sometime ago. If you don't care, ignore this link http://brandconsultantasia.wordpress.com/2010/11/08/should-you-measure-brand-equity-or-customer-equity/

As for people, they are a key element in the brand building process. What I think is important about the Vision and mission is that the vision gives them a goal and then the mission shows them how to get there and the role they have to play in that process.

What most new companies do is that the founders create a vision and mission to sell the company to investors but don't share it with the organisation. This is why they are often derided as irrelevant.

But as mentioned above, used correctly they are a useful tool to get the whole organisation on brand, very important in large companies or small.

Thank you for all you do. May God continue to Bless you and your family, your partners and their families, our Xango family too. In the 8 years that Suzzette and I have been part of Xango I have never had a negitive experience or found a person upline or down line or within Corp staff that has not been willing to help when asked. We have learned so much from the great Example and good humor you have provided over the years

Aaron,
I can't begin to thank you, and the rest of the great founders of XanGo enough, for building a company that is founded on sound principles of service, integrity, honesty and genuine charity.

At at time when many corporate leaders are justifying and rationalizing their less-than ideal lifestyles and business scruples, you gentlemen have raised the bar and are meeting and exceeding all that you have promised.

Thanks for creating this opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of millions around the world.

I am only one and I can't do everything, but I am one and I can do something! Thanks for giving me a vehicle to fulfill my life's quest of service.

Well done, I agree completely. And to add to your list of good things, don't forget the impact this industry has on Mothers and their families. And how she impacts on her community and as a role model for her children. This industry empowers people in the true sense of the word and enables them to take responsibility for their future.

Thank you so much Aaron for being such a great example, leading the way and representing the very best in the network marketing industry. I, too, am so proud to be a part of this great profession, thanks to XanGo.

I have learned so much since becoming a part of this company. The first important step (after being in the medical field for many years) was realizing that botanicals can be a great alternative to pharmaceuticals, and in our case, was the only solution to a major health issue. What an eye opener, and such a blessing in our lives that someone shared the XanGo story with us.

The next step was realizing there are people in this industry who are in it for all the right reasons--people wishing to live a life of purpose and one that helps to serve others. I have never felt such great unity and sense of teamwork in the business world before. Everyone from corporate to the new distributor are willing to share their knowledge and talents for the benefit of all.

I'll cut it short there because I could go on and on! Just want you and the other founders to know how much we all appreciate you and how proud we are to be a part of this great company you founded in order to provide options and a better way of life for all in this time when the economy and the world's people need it most.

Passion is everything! It's the reason why the best marketed projects keep and grow in sales, while the seemingly better products falter. As Calvin Coolidge would say "Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence."

Many people don't understand what it really takes to start and grow a business. They look from beyond and think that the business just happens (ie the current administration in the United States).

As an entrepreneur myself, I know that building a business takes careful nurturing, consistent hard work, daily determination and a very thick skin. Every day of existence entrepreneurs face the odds, which you articulate well in your speech.

Congratulations on your success.

First of all I love the picture. Secondly, your blog brings together some very important concepts in terms of brands and brand building. The global landscape has changed forever. Before our very eyes, we have witnessed a resetting of the playing field as it pertains to the accessibility of brands in ecommerce. Never before has so much been available, visible and attainable to consumers. More than ever, developing and fostering a brand is paramount to establishing a baseline of trust in the marketplace. Keep the blogs coming.

You are totally correct Aaron. Success--or to succeed--is a choice. You and your partners stand as a great example of such. Congratulations to you and all of XanGo nation for your achievements and for the hope you bring to so many who only now find themselves in the cloud of economic disaster. If everyone could be as determined.

I have had the opportunity to be associated with many companies in my 40 year career. Seldom have I seen a company with such dedication, integrity and passion as I have seen with XanGo. I love what you are doing to change the world. I love that you continue to work as passionately today as you did when the company first opened. Thank you for leading. I realize that success doesn't come without many critics. Just know that the supporters are ever with you.

I know many executives and business leaders. There is none as inspiring as Aaron Garrity. The company only seems to grow after each of his deliveries to the distributor force. It's great to be part of a company with great leadership and exciting opportunities.

Aloha e Aaron,

Thank you for sharing Xango's humble beginnings. It just stimulates and propels me to be, do, and share more about Xango than i already am being, doing, and sharing presently. It just reaffirms what we all believe and know to be true. That is that when human beings are put up against a wall, anything is possible. Again Aaron, thank you for sharing Xango's humble beginnings. Live with Passion!!!

What an awesome reminder that when we give there is a tremendous blessing we receive in return that not even any amount of money can buy. Thank you, Aaron and the rest of the guys, for your great leadership and vision in making Xango truly an exceptional company to be a part of.

Aaron, I enjoyed reading your writings on Mr. Disney and his determination and persistence. I am sure going through those tough times didn't feel any better for Walt then it does the rest of us. I have heard it said, that walls are put between you and your goals to see just how important they are to you in the first place. Walts were pretty important to him; must have felt amazing once he achieved them;you think?

Aaron, What great leaders you all are!!.Can hardly believe Xango is 8 years young already. As Gary would say, "we have only just begun..." Hang on to your hat's as it will be a wild ride for this next wave, and the many that follow.
We are in the right place at the right time with the right company, and with all of you at the helm we can only get bigger and stronger.Thank you all.
Hugs,
Sonya and Lyle
