Along with my partners, I’ve traveled around our international markets since our momentous GO! Convention in September. Without question, the Bold Strides we announced have generated a surge of momentum and excitement.
And our Bold Stride of Empowering Women in Every Market XANGO serves has especially attracted a powerful outpouring of support.
As you know, XANGO announced five Bold Strides at Convention – initiatives that we would build upon and continue to advance a new era of growth and industry transformation.
Empowering women is an initiative XANGO has invested in since the early days of the company. Indeed, under the leadership of our Senior VP Beverly Hollister, XANGO has served as an industry catalyst in listening to our women leaders and helping them build a network of mentors and events dedicated to developing the role of women in our business and in our industry.
According to the Direct Selling Association, there are 75 million women active in direct sales. In XANGO nearly half of our top 20 earners are women…and we’re seeing women taking a stronger role in recruitment too…both in those sponsoring and new sign-ups.
XANGO is now taking this opportunity to advance our empowering leadership platform and our important industry leadership role. As we have expanded around the world, we have found that women don’t always get equal treatment and circumstance. Driving meaningful change for women means expanding our initiative to every market we serve.
XANGO is a place where women have a powerful voice. We are advancing what we’ve started and making it a global program…to be a company where women are encouraged and empowered to lead…and, in turn, our women leaders will empower XANGO to lead.
It’s a partnership with our leaders globally and it’s officially named Women Building Bridges. Our meetings have stretched from the U.S. to Portugal, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. The Women Building Bridges breakout session at convention was packed beyond capacity.
XANGO is a place where women can connect and collaborate with peers and mentors on how to grow their businesses…a place where moms can be home with their families and build powerful organizations. This will be a focus in everything we do and how we build our global presence.
A recent Fast Company magazine feature reported that women will be the difference-maker in emerging markets and global economies in the next decade.
XANGO has known that since we launched!
